Artists' views

An artist’s work is a reflection of his unique vision, a bold exploration of his imagination and sensibility. His artistic approach is a personal journey, in which he expresses his perception of the world through shapes, colors and emotions. The artists invite everyone to discover new perspectives.

Bakelite

Set designer at La Pente d'eau

A graphic translation to match the imagination of the site’s engineers.

Bakélite’s mission was to revitalize the unique and exceptional Pente d’Eau site. Their starting point was the combination of signage elements linked to river navigation and the railway environment, in order to materialize the fusion of these two worlds. They extracted a specific, dedicated vocabulary of shapes and colors to adorn the entire site. This charter is a reference to the Memphis movement, the emblematic post-pop art movement of the 80s, reflecting constant experimentation and daring.

#bklt

Based in Toulouse, Bakélite is a global, transdisciplinary design agency. Composed of 5 members with complementary profiles: scenographer, graphic designer, illustrator, web-designer, creator; they like to mix experimentation and conceptual research, and are currently working on a new visual identity for the legendary Toulouse venue Le Bikini.

“…with these new colors, it’s Pinder that’s coming to Montech!”

Thank you, dear detractors, for this reference. Indeed, this unique machine calls out to the child in all of us, opening our eyes and mouths wide as soon as it appears.

Guillaumit

animates Saint Sard'Ô

Summer hits!

Guillaumit designed the graphic identity and signage for the leisure park as part of a global approach, infusing it with a playful, joyful and colorful energy.
The starting point was the observation of the water features, made up of rounded, colorful metal tubes, which inspired a coherent graphic language to be used throughout the visual system.
The logo and mascots are the result of this formal research: flexible, dynamic forms that translate the aquatic universe into a singular, accessible aesthetic.

#Guillaumit

An all-round artist and graphic designer, Guillaumit ‘s world is imbued with geometric shapes and vivid colors, and his constant questioning of new technological tools.
Curious, he collaborates and creates synergies with people from different backgrounds, such as actors, musicians, computer coders and architects.
From the outset, his multi-level projects have been aimed at all audiences.
