On the first floor, accessed via a striking staircase, the main living areas are all on one level. The entrance hall leads to two bedrooms (each with a 160 bed), a shower room and a separate toilet. From this hall, you pass through the huge living room with a screen and video projector (three sofas, coffee table), followed by a small reading room (three armchairs). A large dining room leads to a kitchen with fitted units (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs). A long corridor leads to two bedrooms (each with a 160 bed), one bedroom with bunk beds, a utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer), and a bathroom with a spa bath, walk-in shower and two washbasins. On level -1, the utility room is equipped with a sink and fridge. Electric barbecue only. Towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price. Wi-Fi internet included. Garden furniture (table and chairs) under an arbour at the rear of the kitchen. Private outdoor area at the front and rear of the gîte. A cot is available on request.
